The Commonwealth of Kentucky is working with Water and Environmental specialists at AECOM to determine the presence and concentration of the SARS CoV-2 virus in wastewater. An initial pilot test will be performed for up to 12 weeks to sample wastewater from two correctional facilities in the Louisville area, with the possibility of expanding system-wide.
